Landlords are required to represent themselves in residential tenancy disputes heard within the Magistrates Court.  Utilising our ‘Preparation for Court’ service, available in the Order from our Menu section, can help make the process of taking a tenant to Court less stressful.  Good preparation, knowing what to expect and say in Court, as well as having correct and well organised documentation greatly affects your chances of a successful outcome in Court.
