Delivery Policy

Private Landlords Advisory Bureau Pty Ltd ("PLAB") operates the website www.privatelandlords.com.au ("Website"). The service is provided online and is accessible by paying subscribers using their personal username and password to login to the subscriber section on PLAB's website. Subscribers may from time to time be sent email updates and reminders of information that can be found via the website subscription service. The information published on the Website subscription service can be downloaded by the subscriber and can be printed for personal use only.

Fees

Please note that prior to entering into this agreement, you have a right to negotiate its terms. This is an agreement which sets out how you will pay for the online services we provide as a paying subscriber.

You must pay PLAB our subscription fees and set-up fees when you subscribe to PLAB's online property management systems, procedures and management software or as otherwise set out in writing by PLAB. Once you have paid your subscription fees, you will have access to the suite of property management systems, procedures and software available on the Website. You acknowledge and agree that subscription fees and set-up fees paid to PLAB are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a subscription fee is paid to PLAB for a period and you choose to terminate your subscription part way through that period, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remainder of the period. Your subscription and other fees we charge will be reviewed periodically (usually annually). If you do not accept the reviewed fees, you must terminate this agreement.

Online Payment Security

Subscribers to PLAB's online services must make online subscription payments using credit card. You are charged annually for your subscription to PLAB's Website for one calendar year.

Subscribers to PLAB's subscriber services offered through the Website will make annual payments via their preferred credit card. Subscriptions will be renewed automatically unless agreed otherwise. Credit card details or bank account details of all subscribers are retained by Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA") which is the payment gateway used by PLAB to process payments. Renewal payments are triggered by PLAB and actioned by CBA using these details. PLAB does not have access to these banking details at any time. Subscribers can enter changed credit card details at any time. Subscribers will be personally responsible for the security of their personal username and password, which gives access to personal details other than banking details, e.g. name, address, telephone number, etc. Subscription fees to PLAB's subscriber services offered through the Website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) only.

Your rights:

You may terminate your association with us by giving notice to us in writing. Notice given to us should be received by us at least 5 business days prior to the due date of the next drawing.

Refund & Subscription Suspension Policy

You acknowledge that PLAB has a "no refund" policy with respect to all PLAB's subscriber services offered through the Website. You further agree and acknowledge that once an annual subscription period commences, your membership cannot be suspended. Your subscription will be cancelled if you fail to pay your subscription fee. To re-activate a cancelled subscription, a new annual subscription must be started either within the same account or by starting a completely new account.
