Landlord Resources

No matter what you find yourself needing to do in relation to the management of your residential investment property, you’ll find it here.

We’ve created “the property management cycle” diagram to make it as simple as possible, with three categories that cover all possibilities and make it easy for you to know exactly where you are:

   1. Leasing,
   2. Managing, or
   3. Vacating

Every event that involves your tenant and your property is covered within one of these 3 areas.

Topics covered:

If your property is empty and you are seeking a new tenant, you’ll find everything you need under Leasing.

Once you have a tenant, everything you need for managing your property can be found under Managing.

Finally, when your tenant is leaving the property, you go through the process of vacating, so you’ll find everything you need under Vacating.

Extra resources are available to you throughout any one of the 3 stages in the property management cycle:

  • “Order from our Menu” allows you to order various ‘one-off’ tasks to be completed for you, such as Tenant background checks, Property Condition Reports (PCR’s), Inspections or helping you  with preparation for Court.
  • “Property Services” provides you with access to qualified, professional tradespeople, repair and maintenance services, professional services and advice, as well as goods & services related to your property and/or lifestyle.
